TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow, with fine perlage and soft foam. On the nose it expresses floral notes of wisteria, acacia, rose and fruity hints of apple and white peach. On the palate it is full, round and fine. A taste of great harmony, whose finish stands out for its persistence and creaminess.
COMBINATIONS
Also as an aperitif, it goes well with cream soups, soups, first courses with delicate meat sauces.

Jeio was born in the vineyards and farms of the Prosecco hills, a line that capitalizes on all the passion and expertise gained in producing Cuvée by the Bisol family. Jeio, unmistakable for its delicate flavor and floral and fruity aromas, was imagined to be appreciated and loved transversally, from its richest and most complex expressions to the most lovable and fresh ones.
The Bisol family owns these wonderful plots in the far north of the Province of Treviso, close to the pre-Alpine mountains. The most prestigious, at an average altitude of 250 metres, lead to rich and particularly fruity, generous and elegant wines such as Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry.
