TASTING NOTES
Lively straw yellow. The aromas that reach the nose are reminiscent of fresh fruit, peach and the floral scent of yellow primrose. When tasted it is elegant and savory, with a pleasant finish. It is characterized by a fresh acidity.

Müller Thurgau, a vine native to Germany, is cultivated by Franz Haas with the traditional pergola cultivation system, at altitudes ranging between 500 and 800 metres. The harvested grapes, after a short maceration to favor their aromatic extraction, are delicately pressed, ferment at a controlled temperature and refine for at least five months in steel tanks.
