TASTING NOTES
Light straw yellow, with a very fine and subtle perlage. On the nose it expresses a refined olfactory profile, rich in slightly spicy and pleasantly fruity notes, of white pulp peach and golden apple. On the palate it is graceful, soft, overall very pleasant.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood-based first courses. Excellent with classic spaghetti with clams.

Freccianera is perhaps the essence of Franciacorta, the result for Fratelli Berlucchi of years of experience in the production of some of the most important and iconic sparkling wines of the denomination. Satèn is a Franciacorta which, thanks to a specific production protocol, is less sparkling and has a more delicate flavor than the classic type. Produced from only white grapes, in this case Chardonnay, in the glass it expresses itself with finesse, softness and length. One of those to absolutely try.
