TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow in color, bright and with fine and abundant perlage. The nose opens on delicate floral notes, then continues with flavors of pineapple, yellow plum and citrus fruits, and closes on tones of yeast and bread crust. The mouth is fragrant and corresponds to the sense of smell, balanced and with good structure, persistent and pleasantly savory on the finish.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect for an aperitif, it is excellent in combination with fried prawns and calamari.
