TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with a fine and long-lasting perlage. Fragrant and pleasant nose with notes of citrus, hawthorn, jasmine and acacia, on a background of pastry and bread crust. Fresh and vibrant tasting, which confirms the aromas perceived by smell.

FRANCIACORTA BRUT DOCG - CA' DE PAZZI: WHY WE LIKE IT
Ca' de Pazzi's Franciacorta Brut DOCG comes from chardonnay grapes combined with a small part of pinot bianco. The base wine is produced using steel containers and once the second fermentation in the bottle is completed, it is left in contact with the yeasts for a minimum of 18 months before disgorgement. A sparkling wine with a young and lively soul, perfect for convivial moments.
