TASTING NOTES In the glass it has a straw yellow color, with a very thin and persistent perlage. The sense of smell presents notes of fruit, including exotic ones, alternating with sensations that recall fern, lily of the valley and more mineral nuances. On the palate it is lively, smooth, soft, decidedly fresh and pleasantly concentrated.
COMBINATIONS Excellent at the end of a meal, with dry pastries that are not too sweet. Also perfect with the spicy and sweet and sour cuisine typical of Asian countries. Amazing with the regional recipe for sardines in Venetian style.
