TASTING NOTES Colorless and transparent to the eye. The nose is dominated by a citrus profile, where it is above all the lemon that decisively hits the nostrils; then the more classic notes of juniper take over, alternating with nuances that veer towards the spicy. On the palate it has a medium intensity sip, consistent with the lemon notes already perceived on the nose; closes with a finish with good persistence.

GIN "WITH LEMON" - MALFY (0.7L): WHY WE LIKE IT Long live Italy one might exclaim after sipping Malfy Gin, made from a very careful selection of lemons that grow on the various coasts of the peninsula. From Sicily to Amalfi, great work has been done to scout the raw material, which is fundamental to justify the name chosen for this distillate; a Gin "With Lemon" which must therefore be supported by a selection of the main ingredient that is always of the highest quality. Each phase of the distillation is followed with care and attention, and the packaging is also extremely refined, with the coat of arms that stands out on the label which recalls the rowing races that involved the ancient kingdoms of Italy. A fresh and spicy Gin, in which in addition to lemons, juniper, coriander, angelica and cassia are used, "botanicals" that make it perfect for mixing in a cheering Gin & Tonic.
