TASTING NOTES
In the glass it presents a greenish yellow color. The nose is crossed by hints of pepper, pineapple, tomato leaf, peppermint, sage and apricot. On the palate it is rich, round, perfectly balanced.
COMBINATIONS
Very versatile from a gastronomic point of view, where it goes very well with spicy recipes. Excellent with lake fish, it is worth trying with asparagus and eggs.

The life, passion and dedication of the Lorenzon family are contained in every single bottle that comes out of the San Canzian d'Isonzo cellar; This Friuli DOC is no exception, a decidedly varietal Sauvignon Blanc in which all the classic herbaceous aromas of the vine stand out. The grapes ferment in steel for 14 days at a temperature of 18°C, and then continue to refine on their yeasts, again in steel, for approximately 3 months. Yet another gem proposed by I Feudi di Romans: not to be missed!
