TASTING NOTES
Brilliant straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses beautiful notes of grapefruit and custard, embellished with a slight reference to hints of apple and white flowers. In the mouth it is fine, silky, delicate and yet with great personality. Elegant and multifaceted, it closes on a trace of sugared almonds for a finish of excellent persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Also excellent as an aperitif, Satèn di Ferghettina is an ideal Franciacorta to accompany a sushi and sashimi dinner.

Soft and persuasive, Satèn is to Franciacorta what Crémant is to Champagne, a more docile interpretation of a naturally fine sparkling wine.
