TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow, with a subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers very pleasant notes of citrus fruit embellished with tones of bread crust. On the palate it is fragrant, fresh, smooth on the palate, characterized by a pleasant savory return at the end.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with tomato-based first courses and vegetables in general. Try it with a margherita pizza.
