TASTING NOTES Intense ruby red, the nose expresses beautiful notes of red fruit jam which are accompanied by hints of myrtle, liquorice, violet and cocoa. In the mouth it is elegant, dense and very long. Characterized by a full flavor and a tannic texture perfectly integrated into the tasting, it closes with a finish with a clear Mediterranean reference, of great persistence.
COMBINATIONS Throughout the meal, Vigna Pedale goes well with classic meat-based second courses. Roasts, mature cheeses and mixed cured meats.
