TASTING NOTES In the glass it is straw yellow in color, with light greenish reflections. On the nose there are fruity hints of golden apple, accompanied by more vegetal and mineral aromas. In the mouth it is fresh, with a light structure, dry and tasty. It closes with a finish characterized by a slightly citrus aftertaste.
COMBINATIONS Excellent with light appetizers and simply prepared first and second courses. Also perfect for an aperitif, it is amazing with Anconetana broth.

In particular, this Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC “Albiano” represents the freshest and most immediate version of the entire range, with simple aromas and good drinkability. The grapes, after soft pressing, ferment in steel at 15°C, where they then continue to refine for approximately 5 months.
