TASTING NOTES
Brilliant straw yellow. On the nose it expresses itself with hints of peach, tropical fruits and citrus fruits and notes of white flowers. On the palate it is intense, full, tasty and balanced.
COMBINATIONS
Also excellent for cheering up an aperitif, it goes well with fish-based dishes, fresh cheeses, salads and summer menus.
LANGHE CHARDONNAY DOC 2022 - VILLA LANATA: WHY WE LIKE IT
Chardonnay, as is known, is a noble grape variety, which contributes, among other things, to the creation of the most prestigious Cuvées of famous Champagnes; arrived in Piedmont in the first half of the 19th century, thanks to the favorable climate, beautiful exposures and particularly suitable soil, it gave and still gives excellent white wines here too: the Langhe DOC of Villa Lanata is certainly one of these. Aged in steel for six months, it is a wine with persuasive aromas, a strong personality, capable of evolving very well over time.
