TASTING NOTES
Light straw yellow and crystalline to the eye. The nose opens with memories of white flowers and citrus notes of Chinese mandarin, and then continues with classic references to yeasts and bread-making. The sip is balanced, medium-bodied, soft and fresh at the same time. Excellent length.

Perfect to uncork for an aperitif, it is excellent to combine with baked sea bass morsels.
