TASTING NOTES
Cherry pink, with a minute and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses a delicate hint of yeast which blends well with pleasant notes of red fruit. On the palate it is fresh, savory, fine and harmonious, of great substance.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with first courses with white ragù, rich second courses based on baked vegetables.
