TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow, with a creamy foam and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of white pulp peach, bread crust and brewer's yeast. On the palate it is lively, fresh, with notable balance and good persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers based on vegetables, eggs and shellfish.

Montenisa's Cuvée Royale is the result of a skilful blend of the three most common varieties of Franciacorta: chardonnay (mostly), pinot noir and pinot blanc. A particularly pleasant sparkling wine, fresh and dynamic, whose rest on the yeasts extends for 36 months: a particularly significant period of time which makes it one of the most interesting entry cuvées of the denomination. Expressive and elegant, it stands out for its fragrance and length.
