TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with light greenish reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses notes of wild flowers for an intense bouquet, from which notes of green apple and pear emerge. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, fine, characterized by a slightly savory finish of great delicacy.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with delicate fish-based preparations. Perfect with oysters and seafood appetizers.

Jeio was born in the vineyards and farms of the Prosecco hills, a line that capitalizes on all the passion and expertise gained in producing Cuvée by the Bisol family. Jeio, unmistakable for its delicate flavor and floral and fruity aromas, was imagined to be appreciated and loved transversally, from its richest and most complex expressions to the most lovable and fresh ones. The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut di Jeio is produced with grapes selected from the hills of Conegliano, the terroir from which its particular minerality derives, and from those of Valdobbiadene, a place that gives crunchiness, acidity and freshness. A particularly fine, decisive and elegant Prosecco, which includes small percentages of verdiso and a smaller percentage of pinot bianco and chardonnay.
