TASTING NOTES
Brilliant straw yellow, the nose offers a delicate and subtle bouquet characterized by hints of elderberry. On the palate it is broad and fragrant with pleasant citrus scents among which cedar and bergamot stand out. The closure is long and persistent.

COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with hot and cold seafood appetizers, shellfish, and vegetable-based first courses.
