TASTING NOTES
Bright yellow color, with brilliant and long-lasting perlage. On the nose, the initial floral notes of acacia are followed by references to yellow plum, peach and citrus fruits. The sip is well balanced, finely organized in carbonation, fresh and with excellent persistence.

COMBINATIONS
Ideal to accompany an aperitif, it is excellent with tempura shrimp.
