Produced with pork leg of European origin, controlled and rigorously selected and boned when fresh, subsequently smoked with natural juniper berries. The preparation of speck belongs to the secrets of the peasant tradition of mountain origin. It seems like magic, but ultimately it is nature, which always surprises us. The flavour, unique and unmistakable, is well suited to its consumption as sliced meat, but also to savory gastronomic recipes.
