TASTING NOTES
Brilliant straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and elegant, characterized by clear aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes and nuances of rennet apple, dried figs and peanuts. A highly persuasive olfactory profile that introduces a soft, enveloping taste, never sweet and indeed marked by a trace of fresh flavor. The finish is long and dense, very pleasant on the palate.
