TASTING NOTES
Pale rosé, with a soft foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, inviting, characterized by floral notes of lime, citrus nuances of white peach and light spicy hints of green pepper. In the mouth it is tense, crunchy, vertical, highly drinkable. A trace of flavor accompanies it to a finish of excellent persistence. A great classic.
