TASTING NOTES
Brilliant straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses beautiful notes of citrus fruits and bread crust. A trace of hazelnut, hay and chalk opens up to a savory, fresh, satisfying taste. Of good structure, all its mineral nature emerges on the finish for a highly persistent finish.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif, Nature di Gatti is an ideal sparkling wine to accompany rich fish starters. Prawns in tempura.
