TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, with a very fine and intense perlage. On the nose it expresses slightly spicy and fruity hints embellished with hints of yeast. On the palate it is dry, fresh, rich, perfectly balanced in body, harmonious.
COMBINATIONS
Also as an aperitif, it pairs well with rich seafood dishes. Excellent with baked sea bass.
