TASTING NOTES
Intense straw yellow in colour, it has a very fine and persistent perlage. The floral notes of hawthorn are generous and elegant, up to the balsamic ones of laurel first, and then of candied citrus fruits and small pastries. The mouth is decisive, aristocratic, creamy and deep at the same time.

COMBINATIONS
A great aperitif, Bellavista's Gran Cuvée is an ideal sparkling wine to accompany a risotto capable of enhancing its peculiarities, with oysters and Franciacorta-based creaming.

FRANCIACORTA BRUT DOCG "TEATRO ALLA SCALA" 2018 - BELLAVISTA: WHY WE LIKE IT
The Franciacorta Brut DOCG "Teatro alla Scala" has celebrated the legendary temple of Italian opera since 2004, the year of its reopening after long restoration works.
In honor of the same language of excellence and elegance, it is the best expression of the Bellavista vintage and style. The grapes that make up this great cuvée, mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, are the result of a radical selection of the individual vineyards. Half of the wines that make up this cuvée ferment and refine in small white oak barrels for a period of no less than 7 months. Balanced like a dancer, capable of supporting and at the same time expressing the characteristics of the vintages, this Franciacorta Method impresses with its intensity and complexity.
