TASTING NOTES
Deep straw yellow, with an extremely fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses beautiful notes of white and yellow pulp fruit, citrus and exotic fruit, spicy hints and traces of bread crust. On the palate it is fresh, rich, characterized by an enveloping finish on notes of toasted almond.
COMBINATIONS
Throughout the meal, it is enhanced with dishes that recall the scents of the forest. Excellent with a risotto with porcini mushrooms.
