TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow colour, clear and brilliant, with lively bubbles and good persistence. The olfactory bouquet is fruity and aromatic, rich in references to pear, white peach and golden apple, with hints of white flowers as a side dish. The sip is soft and velvety, enriched by a subtle savory vein and of good length.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect to accompany raw fish, it is ideal to accompany sushi.

It belongs to the "Bortolomiol Cuvée" line, and was born from the solid experience of a winery which, when it comes to bubbles, is second to no other. “Miòl Écru”, Extra Dry Sparkling Wine resulting from the Martinotti-Charmat method, is a Sparkling Wine obtained from the union between the international Chardonnay and the native Glera and Perera.
A pleasant sip that is in step with the times, energetic and elegant at the same time, capable of accompanying raw fish in a great way, and also wonderful to use to prepare delicious cocktails based on fresh fruit.
