TASTING NOTES
Ruby red, intense and brilliant. On the nose it is broad and rich; It expresses itself with hints of ripe red fruits, notes of rose and hints of vanilla. On the palate it has a full body, soft, balanced tannins and long persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent in combination with first courses with meat sauce, it goes well with boiled meats and steaks.

The Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore "Suculé" by Lo Zoccolaio comes from owned vineyards located in Barolo and Monforte d'Alba. After the rigorously manual harvest, only the best grapes are selected and left to ferment in steel tanks; the wine then matures in barrique for 18 months and refines in the bottle for another 6 before being marketed. Produced with respect for tradition but with the most modern methodologies and tools, this is a Barbera which, in terms of quality and organoleptic characteristics, recalls the bottles of the past.
