TASTING NOTES
Dark ruby red, the nose expresses beautiful fruity and spicy aromas, the perfect introduction to the typology. Notes of cherry, plum, violet and wet earth open up to a taste of great balance and depth. Structured, important, full and tasty, it closes with a finish in dark tones, of great persistence.

COMBINATIONS
Even throughout the meal, Basilisco's "Teodosio" is a red wine that also goes well with first courses based on ragù.

The "Teodosio" is Aglianico del Vulture which matures in second and third passage barriques for approximately ten months. Unlike its older brother, it is a red wine which is fragrant and always fresh without losing anything in terms of expressive depth. Less compact, the Aglianico del Vulture DOC "Teodosio" by Basilisco is a highly drinkable, elegant and very pleasant wine thanks to a specific weight that is never excessive.
